We are looking for a marketing professional who doesn\u2019t view marketing from a top-down perspective<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are looking for a marketing manager to join Anteus. The company is 27 years old and Hungarian-owned a company specialising in technical development and manufacturing<\/a> We are. We develop, manufacture and we sell<\/a> \u2014 both at home and, to an ever-increasing extent, abroad. We are planning significant growth over the next three years, particularly in export markets, and for this we need someone who will take full responsibility for marketing.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re not looking for a senior marketing director. Nor are we looking for a junior candidate. We\u2019re looking for someone who takes charge of the marketing area with enthusiasm, working independently and treating it as their own<\/strong> \u2014 strategy, campaigns, materials, everything. Someone who doesn\u2019t wait for instructions, but sees what needs to be done and gets on with it.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll be solely responsible: both the strategy and the execution are in your hands. We don\u2019t delegate tasks \u2014 you figure out what needs to be done and sort it out yourself. You\u2019ll come up with the concept, set up the campaign, put together the catalogue and write the copy. Where external help is needed (graphic designer, videographer, translator), you\u2019ll coordinate it \u2014 but the substantive work is yours.<\/p>\n

What are you going to do?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You\u2019ll have \u201eeverything to do with marketing\u201d. Specifically, though not exhaustively:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Online presence:<\/strong> company website (Hungarian and foreign-language versions tailored for export), SEO (for both traditional and AI-powered search), landing pages, domain structure.<\/li>\n
  • Advertising and lead generation:<\/strong> PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. You\u2019ll be the one running these \u2014 we\u2019ll set them up once (with one-off external support if needed), and then they\u2019re yours. Building and scaling a lead generation process.<\/li>\n
  • Contents and materials:<\/strong> product catalogues, datasheets, brochures, presentations, case studies. Canva Pro at your fingertips.<\/li>\n
  • Social and communication:<\/strong> Company LinkedIn and Facebook pages, support for executives\u2019 personal branding, newsletters, blog, internal communications.<\/li>\n
  • Product videos:<\/strong> planning, organising, co-ordinating (filming with an external contractor).<\/li>\n
  • Export marketing:<\/strong> multilingual content, local channels, partner\/distributor marketing.<\/li>\n
  • Trade fairs:<\/strong> Intertraffic, Parkex and similar events \u2014 stand, materials, lead generation, follow-up.<\/li>\n
  • Measurement:<\/strong> GA4, Search Console, advertising platforms, CRM. Monthly KPI report, ROI tracking, marketing budget.<\/li>\n
  • Brand identity, corporate vehicle livery, business cards, product design concepts<\/strong> (e.g. payment terminal UI), creating the right atmosphere \u2014 these are all part of your remit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    We're looking for you, if:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • You already have some marketing experience. It doesn\u2019t necessarily have to be for many years \u2014 your attitude and enthusiasm are more important than the number of years on your CV.<\/li>\n
    • You run campaigns independently on Google Ads and Meta (or are a quick learner). Experience with LinkedIn Ads is an advantage.<\/li>\n
    • You\u2019re well versed in web content creation and the basics of SEO.<\/li>\n
    • You speak Hungarian.<\/li>\n
    • You can communicate confidently in English (essential for export-related work).<\/li>\n
    • You think in a data-driven way \u2014 you don\u2019t beat about the bush, you analyse the facts.<\/li>\n
    • You\u2019re interested in the world of technical products and are willing to take the time to understand what we manufacture. Not at a developer\u2019s level, but enough so that you don\u2019t end up writing a layman\u2019s description of an LED ring light.<\/li>\n
    • For you, the \u201eowner\u2019s mindset\u201d isn\u2019t just a slogan \u2013 it\u2019s your default mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
