1 Purpose of the Guide:
Anteus Fejlesztő, Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Gesellschaft (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) describes its activities, data management and data protection policies in relation to personal data management in a transparent and easily accessible manner for users of the Website.
2 What is data management and who is the data controller?
Data management: any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data (this may be automated or non-automated).
Such an operation could be: the collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction (Article 4(2) GDPR).

Data processor: In order to perform its specific tasks more efficiently, the Data Controller uses a so-called Data Processor. A "Processor" is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body that processes personal data on behalf of the Controller. 3 Purpose, legal basis, scope of data processed and storage period:
The legal basis for the processing of data is the explicit, voluntary and unambiguous consent of the users using the Website, filling in the Contact Form (hereinafter referred to as the User or Users) and of the applicants for the job advertisements of the Data Controller.
The Data Controller shall ensure that the User gives his or her consent to the different personal data processing operations separately, depending on the purposes of the processing (GDPR, Preamble, paragraph 43).
3.1 Users filling in the contact form / Users applying to try the Demo
Purpose of the processing:
- contact,
- try out the demo program,
- sending information and newsletters by email.
How to contribute: depending on the purpose of the consent, ticking a checkbox (a small check box) on the Website after reading the Privacy Policy, indicating the User's active participation and explicit consent.
Scope of personal data processed: Name, E-mail address, telephone number of the person filling in the form
To know the data a narrow group of employees, the sales@anteus.hu Colleagues coordinating correspondence to an e-mail address are entitled to.
Data storage: The processing of the data provided by the User will continue until the User requests the deletion of the Personal Data. In the case of processing based on consent, the User has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time.

In the event that you have provided your data for the purpose of a quotation and/or request for information, you may request their deletion in writing to the Data Controller at the contact details provided above.
3.2 For applicants to job advertisements of the Data Controller:
Purpose of the processing: Filling the job vacancies of the data controller.
How to contribute: sending an e-mail message or job application to allas@anteus.hu is clearly voluntary, it requires the use of the mail system used by the User, therefore sending the application also indicates active participation and explicit consent to data processing.
Scope of personal data processed: Candidate's name, e-mail address, telephone number, photograph, employer's reference (if any).
Job applicants may provide more personal information in their CV (e.g. address, date and place of birth, qualifications, hobbies, mother's name, etc...), which will be treated confidentially.
From allas@anteus.hu Only a limited group (recruiting colleague, manager) has access to personal data processed via e-mail.
To know the data Typically, the Managing Directors, the head of the department of the vacant position and the Human Resources (recruitment) colleague are authorised.

3.3 Other processing carried out by the controller:

4 Rights of data subjects (GDPR Chapter III)

5 Data security measures
Anteus Ltd. will take all necessary measures to protect the personal data of its Users and Customers from unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized transmission, unauthorized disclosure, damage or accidental destruction.
Data is stored on secure servers with appropriate security.
It implements appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as pseudonymisation, to ensure the effective implementation of data protection principles, such as data minimisation, and to incorporate the necessary safeguards to meet the requirements of the GDPR Regulation and to protect the rights of data subjects.
The Data Controller shall ensure that the data security rules provided for in the applicable legislation are complied with.
Anteus Ltd. will treat as a trade secret all personal data and other information that comes to its knowledge, which relates to the person, data, business activities, financial situation of the data subject, as well as any contract concluded with the Company.
The obligation of confidentiality applies without time limitation to the Company's officers and employees.
6 Remedies
The controller and the data subject shall endeavour to settle any disputes that may arise in relation to the processing of the data primarily between themselves.

7 Legal background
