A detailed description of the project content:
Under the call for proposals „GINOP Plus-2.1.3-24 - Supporting the innovation capacity of SMEs”, we have the opportunity to innovate our production and marketing business processes:
The innovation project of Anteus Ltd. aims at the complete digitalisation of the company's design, production, manufacturing, project management and marketing processes. The company currently develops, manufactures and installs access control and time and attendance systems, but many parts of its operations are manual and isolated.
The development will include the implementation of a complex, integrated ERP system that will support all of the company's processes in real time - from sales, design and manufacturing to warehousing, installation and service.
By implementing the system:
- automate and streamline bid preparation, production and project management tasks,
- up-to-date stock and warehouse management,
- improve the traceability of installation and service processes,
- a single customer database, automated communication and measurable marketing activity.
As a result, the business will be more efficient, faster and more controllable, resulting in a better customer experience and a more competitive service.
The project is co-financed by the Hungarian state with the support of the European Union.
The planned completion date of the project is: 2027.03.31.
